※ Level retention conditions: Each VIP level corresponds to a certain “Reservation condition”, which is calculated based on the total valid bets in the month.

For example: The VIP 10 level retention condition is 70,000 points. Members only need to achieve a minimum total valid bet in the month of 70,000 points to be reserved for VIP level 10. Statistics time is at 00:00 on the 3rd day of each month (GMT-4).

※ Reward method:

Monthly Bonus:

(a) Reward rules: To receive bonus points in the month, members need to complete 5% of the valid bet turnover according to the requirements of the current VIP level. If not completed, the system will automatically adjust the bonus level to a lower VIP level, corresponding to the 5% turnover that the member has achieved.

(b) Illustrative example:

For example: VIP20 members must complete 5% of the valid betting turnover in the month of 1,600,000 points to receive a bonus of 958 points, but if they only complete 1,390,000 points, corresponding to VIP19, the monthly bonus points will be received at VIP19 level of 828 points. (Please refer to the "5% required turnover" milestones corresponding to each VIP level)

(c) Accumulated valid bets maintained in the month are calculated according to the GMT-4 time zone (System Time) and will be automatically awarded in [red envelopes] before 5:00 p.m. on the 1st of each month (Vietnam time).

(d) Bonus receiving period: The bonus is valid within [7 Days] from the time of awarding.

Birthday Bonus: The system automatically awards the bonus on the member's birthday, at 00:00 (GMT-4). Please contact 24/7 Customer Service if the member has not updated their date of birth.
